Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: November 7, 2026
Welcome to AirTravelHub.us. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, flight research services, travel assistance services, communications and related customer support.
Please read these Terms carefully before submitting a travel enquiry or using our services. By accessing our website, submitting a request, or expressly authorizing a paid service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable terms.
1. About AirTravelHub.us
AirTravelHub.us is an independent flight research and travel assistance service operated by Frank System Inc., a company based in the United States.
Our business provides assistance to customers seeking information about flight options, travel arrangements and related services. We research available options through independent airlines and third-party travel suppliers based on the travel details and preferences provided by customers.
AirTravelHub.us is not an airline, airport, hotel operator, government agency or airline-affiliated organization. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, we do not own, operate or control aircraft, hotels, airline inventory or third-party travel platforms.
We do not represent ourselves as an airline or claim to be an authorized representative of any airline or travel supplier merely because we research or communicate information about its services.
2. Nature and Scope of Our Services
AirTravelHub.us provides independent travel research and assistance. Depending on the customer's request, our services may include:
- Researching flight options for requested routes and travel dates.
- Identifying potential airline and third-party supplier options.
- Providing available itinerary and fare information for customer review.
- Assisting customers in understanding available travel options.
- Providing general guidance regarding the next steps in the travel process.
- Communicating relevant information received from independent suppliers.
The availability and scope of assistance may vary depending on the customer's requirements and the information available from third-party suppliers.
Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not create a confirmed reservation, purchase, ticket issuance or guaranteed travel arrangement.
3. Independent Airlines and Third-Party Suppliers
Flight options and other travel-related information may originate from independent airlines, hotels, travel suppliers and third-party service providers.
These providers operate independently of AirTravelHub.us and maintain control over their own:
- Flight schedules and operational decisions.
- Ticket inventory and seat availability.
- Final fares, taxes and additional charges.
- Baggage allowances and travel restrictions.
- Reservation confirmation and ticket issuance.
- Cancellation, modification and refund decisions.
- Hotel check-in, accommodation and guest policies.
Customers may be required to review and accept the relevant supplier's terms and conditions before completing a booking.
AirTravelHub.us cannot change, override or guarantee decisions made independently by an airline, hotel or third-party supplier.
4. Quotations, Fares and Availability
All flight information, fares, schedules and availability provided through our service are subject to change without prior notice.
A quotation is provided for informational and customer-review purposes only. It is not a guarantee that a particular fare, seat, flight or itinerary will remain available.
Final pricing and availability are determined by the relevant airline or third-party supplier at the time of booking.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Airline fares may increase or decrease at any time.
- Seats and fare classes may become unavailable.
- Taxes and additional supplier charges may change.
- Flight schedules and routes may be modified.
- A quoted itinerary may no longer be available when the customer decides to proceed.
AirTravelHub.us is not responsible for price changes or inventory decisions made independently by suppliers.
5. Airfare Payments and Service Fees
Our business model distinguishes between supplier travel charges and the separate service fee charged by AirTravelHub.us.
Airfare and Supplier Charges: Customers generally pay airfare directly to the relevant airline or third-party supplier. Hotel and other travel-related charges may also be payable directly to the respective provider.
AirTravelHub.us Service Fee: We may charge a separate service fee for the independent research and assistance services requested by a customer.
Before any service-fee payment is collected:
- The applicable service fee will be disclosed to the customer.
- The purpose of the fee will be explained.
- The applicable payment terms will be presented.
- The customer must provide express authorization for the charge.
Submitting a travel enquiry alone does not authorize a payment or create an obligation to pay a service fee.
AirTravelHub.us will not knowingly charge a customer for a service fee without the required authorization.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information when submitting a travel enquiry or proceeding with a travel arrangement.
This includes, where applicable:
- Correct passenger names and spelling.
- Accurate travel dates and destination details.
- Correct departure and arrival airports.
- Accurate passenger counts and age categories.
- Valid contact information and email addresses.
- Any relevant travel preferences or special requirements.
Customers should carefully review all passenger names, itinerary details, travel dates, fare conditions and supplier information before completing a booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, transit permissions, identification documents and other required travel documents are valid and meet the applicable destination and carrier requirements.
AirTravelHub.us does not provide immigration, visa or legal advice. Customers should verify entry and transit requirements with the appropriate official authorities and relevant carriers.
7. Reservations, Ticket Issuance and Booking Confirmation
A flight enquiry, quotation, itinerary discussion or payment of an independently disclosed service fee does not by itself constitute a confirmed airline reservation or issued ticket.
Where a customer proceeds with a travel option, the relevant airline or third-party supplier is responsible for completing the reservation and issuing the applicable booking confirmation or ticket.
Customers should verify their booking directly with the relevant supplier and retain all official confirmations, ticket numbers and travel documents.
AirTravelHub.us does not guarantee that an enquiry will result in a successful reservation, ticket issuance or confirmed seat.
8. Cancellations, Changes, Refunds and No-Show Situations
Airline ticket cancellations, flight changes, hotel cancellations and supplier refunds are governed by the applicable supplier's terms and conditions.
Customers should understand that:
- Some airline tickets and hotel reservations may be non-refundable.
- Cancellation or modification penalties may apply.
- Fare differences may be payable when changing a flight.
- Missing a flight or failing to arrive at a hotel may be treated as a No-Show.
- Late arrival, missed check-in or failure to board does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Early departure from a hotel may not qualify for a refund of unused nights.
Any refund of a separately charged AirTravelHub.us service fee will be considered under the applicable Service Fee and Refund Policies disclosed to the customer before payment authorization.
Customers should review our Refund, Cancellation & Travel Disruption Policy and Service Fee Policy before proceeding with a paid service.
9. Flight Delays, Cancellations and Travel Disruptions
Airlines and other travel suppliers are responsible for their own operational decisions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, aircraft substitutions and other service disruptions.
Where a disruption occurs, available options may include rebooking, refunds, travel credits or other assistance, depending on the relevant supplier's rules and applicable law.
AirTravelHub.us does not control airline operations and cannot guarantee a particular resolution, compensation or refund for a disruption caused by an independent supplier.
Customers should contact the relevant airline, hotel or supplier promptly when immediate assistance is required.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AirTravelHub.us and Frank System Inc. are not responsible for acts, omissions, service failures or operational decisions independently made by airlines, hotels, payment providers or other third-party suppliers.
This includes, where applicable:
- Airline delays, cancellations and schedule changes.
- Supplier fare changes and inventory unavailability.
- Airline or hotel cancellation penalties.
- Missed flights, missed connections and customer No-Show situations.
- Lost baggage or supplier-controlled travel services.
- Hotel accommodation issues or supplier service failures.
- Visa, immigration, passport or border-entry decisions.
- Third-party website, system or payment-provider interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
Customers agree to use AirTravelHub.us only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
Customers must not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent travel information.
- Use the website for unlawful or unauthorized activities.

12. Privacy, Communications and Electronic Records
By submitting information through our website, customers acknowledge that their information may be used to respond to enquiries, research requested travel options, provide customer support, process authorized service-fee payments and maintain relevant business records.
Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Where necessary to fulfill a customer's request, relevant travel details may be shared with independent airlines or third-party suppliers. We will not represent such sharing as an airline affiliation.
Customers may receive service-related emails concerning their enquiries, quotations, payment authorizations, service updates and customer-support requests.
Electronic communications and transaction records may be maintained where appropriate for customer service, accounting, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
13. Force Majeure, Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
AirTravelHub.us will not be responsible for delays or failures in performing services to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, war, civil unrest, labor disruptions, communication failures, infrastructure outages or other extraordinary events.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements or website functionality. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where separate express consent is legally required, we will obtain it.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without overriding any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other applicable legal requirements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the applicable policies referenced herein, describe the general conditions governing use of AirTravelHub.us. Where a separate written agreement or mandatory supplier term applies, that agreement or term will govern the relevant subject to the extent legally applicable.
