1. What Is the Service Fee?

AirTravelHub.us provides independent flight research and travel assistance. A service fee may apply for the assistance provided.

2. Separate from Airfare

Our service fee is not part of the airline ticket price. Customers pay airfare directly to the relevant airline or third-party supplier.

3. Fee Disclosure

The exact service-fee amount and applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer before authorization. No undisclosed service fee will be charged.

4. Customer Authorization

We will charge a service fee only after receiving the customer's express authorization. Submitting a flight request does not authorize a fee.

5. Scope of Assistance

Assistance may include researching flight options, comparing itineraries and helping customers understand supplier booking information. Supplier ticketing remains subject to the relevant supplier.

6. Refund Conditions

Any refund conditions applicable to the service fee will be disclosed before the customer authorizes payment. Please also review our Refund Policy.
