Payment Policy

1. Airfare Payments

Customers pay airfare directly to the airline or third-party travel supplier through that supplier's payment process.

2. Service Fee Payments

AirTravelHub.us may charge a separately disclosed service fee for its travel research and assistance services. The customer must expressly authorize the fee before it is charged.

3. Payment Disclosure

The service fee is separate from airfare, airline taxes, baggage fees and other supplier charges. The amount and applicable conditions will be disclosed before authorization.

4. Payment Authorization

We do not treat a flight enquiry or quote request as payment authorization. A customer must separately approve any service-fee payment.

5. Payment Security

Payments, when applicable, are handled through the designated payment provider. Customers should not send card details through ordinary email or the website enquiry form.

6. Billing Questions

For questions about a service-fee charge, contact support@franksystem.com and provide the transaction reference.
